My Career

Principal User Experience Designer whose key interests lie in technically focused research and concept development, with 12+ years experience in research and design, and expertise in UX, Human Factors, and Systems Engineering. I have experience and skills in the full spectrum of the design process: design strategy, field and lab research, user interviews, synthesis, ideation, sketching and wireframing, hi- & lo-fidelity prototyping, user testing and product development.

Adventures

I have been to every continent on this earth. I have backpacked around Patagonia and gorged on cheese in France. I was awed by the ancient ruins in Cambodia, and thrilled while canyoning in New Zealand. I have made friends with penguins in Antarctica, and elephants in Africa. I have climbed mountains, kayaked rivers, zipped across quarries and waded through swamps. I have eaten and drunk cuisine beyond my imagination. I have cried and laughed, sang and been silenced in every corner of this beautiful world, and I have only scratched the surface…
